Project MilTon: Sensing Product Integrity without Opening the Box using Non-Invasive Acoustic Vibrometry
MiLTOn presents an acoustic system that detects damage to packages containing ceramic and glass articles as the packages move across the supply chain. It leverages the acoustic resonant behavior of these objects to detect deviation from a reference signature to identify the damage. Our system achieves over 97% accuracy in detecting damage for over 75 objects.
